Business Development Lead

We’re looking for an experienced BD professional to expand our client base and deliver revenue by:

  • Participating in forming the business development strategy and plan.
  • Identifying potential clients and the relevant point of contact.
  • Initiating contact with the potential client and executing the entire sales process through deal closing.

Requirements

  • Vast knowledge of the US retail and ecommerce market.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales for technology related products to tier 1 retailers.
  • Proven track record of multimillion dollar annual sales.
  • Strategic relationships with US national retailers.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to pitch, present, draft, propose, negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

Israel Office (Modiin):

Financial Controller

Responsibilities

  • Accounting management according to US GAAP

  • Responsible for journal entries and day-to-day finances

  • Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices

  • Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts

  • KPI Tracking

  • Participate in preparation for the annual audit

Requirements

  • CPA

  • English at high level

  • Proven experience as assistant controller or other similar position

  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP and regulations

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes

  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting

  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks an advantage

    Office Administrator & HR Support

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to review contracts and work with suppliers and regulatory, utilities bodies.
    • Arranging travel, including booking flights, hotels etc and processing expense reports.
    • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
    • Negotiate with vendors
    • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment, ensuring the office is always clean and highly maintained.
    • Supporting HR activities as needed, including special events, management of CVs, recruitment.
    • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, budget tracking and support for the finance team.
    • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
    • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
    • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule.
    • Purchasing office food, supplies, equipment, and furniture and ensuring correct stock level are maintained.
