Vice President (VP) of Marketing

Who are you?

As the  Vice President of Marketing you will be fully responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that drive engagement, growth and enhance brand equity and awareness.

We are looking for an enthusiastic VP of Marketing who will not only execute in the trenches, but also provide strategic leadership and build out the marketing team. You’re a multitasker who thrives in a competitive environment and is driven by success. You’ll have full autonomy to execute your vision and report to the CMO.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow the team and become an integral part of the company’s management team.

 Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for creating & managing marketing strategy, plan and team
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
  • Manage  outsourced professionals and vendors providing Jifiti with marketing services 
  • Transform marketing strategy and plan into actionable tasks 
  • Assign specific tasks to internal team members as well as external vendors
  • Drive the implementation of marketing initiatives that meet business objectives, generate awareness and create demand
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  • Work closely with the business development team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Define and manage marketing budget and expenditures
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning 
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.
  • Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly KPI’s, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.

 Requirements 

  • A senior marketing professional with at least 5 years experience in B2B marketing (preference to fintech) 
  • Hands-on experience with day-to-day marketing tasks in the content, SEO, social, digital marketing, thought leadership and PR space
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • English as a first language
  • In depth knowledge of market research
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Good time-management skills

Business Development Lead

Job description

  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with Merchant and Bank clients to create a sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships with dormant prospects
  • Navigate within complex enterprise entities to identify and sell to senior decision makers
  • Liaise with Product on projects scope and implementation process
  • Pitch Jifiti’s products and negotiate pricing
  • Be the primary point of contact for new clients, catering to escalations and inquiries for all requests pre-sale
  • Liaise with internal teams and the client/third parties.
  • Identify and communicate customer feedback to management and product teams.
  • Meet or exceed targets consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding client experiences.

 Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience is required. Experience with the Fintech or retail industry is preferred.
  • English: Mother tongue or mother tongue level is required. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Law or similar fields is preferred.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and ability to multitask.
  • Energetic, positive, effective and empathetic, able to easily connect with people of different backgrounds.
  • Technical background in web/mobile environment is preferred

Hands-on Full Stack Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack team leader with excellent technology and leadership skills with a burning passion for building disruptive Fintech products. You will lead a team and will be responsible for designing and developing our applications and services.

 Responsibilities

  • Leading an agile team of 3-5 multidisciplinary developers.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable architecture and code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance and quality of high scale web applications and services.
  • Developing the team, including coaching and mentoring engineers

 Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience leading R&D teams
  • At least 4-6 year of experience as R&D Developer, using C# or Angular (preferably both).
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and various design and architectural patterns.

  • Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies

General Manager, Gifting

Who are you?

As the GM of the Gifting Business Unit, you will be fully responsible for developing and executing the sales and business development, managing the business and marketing strategy for our gifting business.

You’ll be managing the dedicated business unit with your own P&L and ability to grow the team and business.

 

Job Description

  • Devise Gifting Business Strategy
  • Devise Marketing and Sales strategies.
  • Plan and oversee gifting team structure
  • Lead all business development and new client sales processes
  • Create and oversee gifting business KPI’s
  • Report to Group CEO and Board
  • Update group regularly on gifting business achievements, roadmap and pipeline

Requirements
