Director of Business Development

Job description

  • Initiate, nurture and close deals with Merchant and Bank prospects
  • Nurture and revive relationships with dormant prospects
  • Navigate within complex enterprise entities to identify, sell and close with senior decision makers
  • Pitch Jifiti’s products and negotiate agreements and pricing 
  • Identify additional potential areas of cooperation with prospects
  • Be the primary point of contact for new clients, catering to escalations and inquiries for all requests pre-sale. 
  • Liaise with Product on projects scope and implementation process
  • Liaise with internal teams and the client/third parties
  • Accompany process of implementation 
  • Identify and communicate customer feedback to management and product teams.
  • Meet or exceed targets consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Requirements

 

  • 5 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience is required. Experience with Banking, Fintech or Retail industry.
  • Languages: French/Spanish mother tongue level is required. Perfect spoken and written English is required. Other languages would be a major advantage.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and ability to multitask.
  • Energetic, positive, effective and empathetic, able to easily connect with people of different backgrounds.
  • Ability to travel, work remotely and/or with a team
  • Technical background in web/mobile environment is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C level in larger organizations

Director of Strategic Accounts

Job description

  • Own relationships with clients post the sales process, to drive usage of the company products, new product sales, and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Product on implementation process
  • Assist with Business Development and Sales processes
  • Lead client integration, and training clients.
  • Initiate regular communication with clients to maintain and improve relationships. 
  • Be the primary point of contact for existing clients, catering to escalations and inquiries for all requests post sale.
  • Be prepared to travel frequently
  • Liaise with internal teams and the client/third parties.

  • Monitor engagement and ROI for the clients’ usage of the Jifiti platform (including data/dashboard analysis).

  • 7 years of business development/sales/account management with specifically at least 2 years of B2B account management. Experience with the Fintech industry is preferred.

  • Type 3+ trained bookkeeper – must
  • At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in international companies – must
  • Responsibility for all bookkeeping for Israeli and US companies
  • Reconciliation of banks, credit cards, customers and suppliers management, fixed assets recordings, inter-company accounting etc up to balance sheet level
  • Preparation and submission of Israeli institutions requirements including national insurance, VAT, withholding and other tax reports
  • A to Z payroll management of the company, payroll accountant certification of the CPA bureau – must
  • Responsibility for all payroll processes: onboarding, departures, Bituach Leumi forms

What we’re looking for:

A brilliant Product Manager to join the team that is shaping the future of the red-hot “Buy Now Pay Later” space.

What you’ll be doing around here:

  • Work directly with large banks and retailers to gather requirements and business needs.
  • Turn those business needs into UX design and user stories. Prioritize backlog and work closely with designers and developers as well as external stakeholders, leading execution.
  • Take part in building a scalable and modular product roadmap.
