Jifiti’s Tier 1 Customer support team provides end-user support to our Global customers.
We are looking for a Student Tier 1 Support Agent to join our global team of professionals, to assure our clients continue to receive exceptional service.
**This position is a part-time position and offers flexible hours/shifts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with our Clients (B2B &B2C).
- Initial triage of tickets between the various departments.
- Solve tech tickets in PROD/environments.
Requirements
- A student at a formal academic institute, with at least 1 full year before graduation.
- Availability for a hybrid 3 day a week, shift-based position, including evening shifts.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Availability for night shifts upon need/request.
- Customer service experience.
- Native-level English-Must.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
