Operations Analyst and Execution

About The Position

Jifiti is a cutting-edge fintech company driving the technology for leading banks and retailers worldwide. We’re growing quickly following an investment of over $20M by the company that owns IKEA. We need people like you – smart, energetic, and with a passion for getting great things done for some of the most iconic brands in the world.

We are looking for an operational professional with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as an Operations Coordinator and report directly to the General Manager of our Gifting Business Unit. In this role you will be responsible for supporting operational processes, analyzing data and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our operations on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, has a strong drive to enhance their operational and analytical abilities, and has a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities


  • Support and optimize payment processing and fraud prevention activities.
  • Perform data analytics and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate relationships with partners and negotiate agreements.
  • Participate in project management activities to optimize operations and workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement optimization strategies.


Requirements


  • 1-3 years of proven experience in operation roles in a global company. 
  • Knowledge of online businesses (preferred).
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management and people skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using reporting tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious and interested in taking on new challenges and responsibilities
  • SQL abilities to generate reports and analyze data (preferred).
  • Mother tongue level of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in office tools, including Excel and Google Docs.
