Jifiti’s Tier 1 Customer support team provides end-user support to our Global customers.

We are looking for a Tier 1 Support Engineer to join our global team of professionals, to assure our clients continue to receive exceptional service.

**This is a full time position that allows for flexible hours/ shifts and could be suitable for students.


Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact with our Clients (B2B &B2C) 
  • Initial triage of tickets between the various departments
  • Solve tech tickets in PROD / UAT environments

Requirements

  • Experience with customer-facing roles
  • Native level English-Must
  • Ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills 
  • Self-motivated, directed, and passionate 
  • Availability for a full time position, including shifts
  • Knowledge of ZenDesk, and monitoring systems, preferred 
  • Previous experience as a support agent or similar role, preferred
