We are looking for R&D Manager in the Gift Card business unit, to take on a leadership role and lead mission-critical initiatives

that will drive the direction and success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing an agile team of in house and outsource developers, QA & DevOps **including 30% of hands- on**.
  • Collaborating with leadership on building the product roadmap and business strategy. 
  • Defining the vision and strategy for the technology that powers the business.
  • Working in a fast paced startup environment with the ability to deep dive when required into code review and creative problem-solving.
  • Planning and implementing the system architecture to support scale and expansion.
  • Ensure performance and quality of high scale web applications and services to be fully compliant with all applicable security standards.
  • Working with Product on the execution of the product roadmap.
  • Working cross-department to develop new products and implement new solutions.
  • Participating in technical discussions with customers and partners to support the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience leading an R&D team.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack R&D Developer.
  • Expert in C# , .Net Core and OOP principles
  • Experience working with SQL & NoSql databases. 
  • Experience building a scalable Microservices architecture. 
  • Experience with payment services integrations and PCI compliance – advantage. 
  • Experience working with Angular - Advantage.
  • Understanding AWS  and Microsoft Server environment.
  • High level of English and excellent communication skills.
